It is the highlight of our week! Our daughter was very nervous the first 2 classes. However now when we tell her its kidstrong day she gets super excited! At home we constantly repeat the affirmations. We absolutely adore Coach Ian and he has made a tremendous impact on our daughter. We will forever sing the praises of kidstrong!

My granddaughter loves Kid String and their staff. It has really given her more confidence.

It’s a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Classes are structured and keep the kids entertained and engaged. The only thing I would change is the volume of the music during class.

KidStrong has been a good confidence builder for my 6 year old. It is a stress free activity she looks forward to every week.

It's great for kids, they get lots of exercise but it's enjoyable and fun for them. They are learning to test their limits.

Its very hard for me to find a space where not only is my son happy and we also dont receive any funny looks or judgement for Liam being different. To be able to see my son experience so much joy while I was able to relax and not deal with the judgement of others is a gift I will never be able to thank you enough for
