Great atmosphere and coaches. Harmony loves to attend class

Overall great experience. I feel some of the female coaches are bias to girls and this comes from a mom who coaches youth athletics. They don’t understand the little boys have different temperaments because they are boys (I see this with not just my son but the boys in general) and it may also be because they are not parents not sure. Boys pay attention differently and it doesn’t mean they aren’t qualified to get the coaches awards etc., it takes a lil more patience with them. Also, it would be 5 stars across the boards if the period of instructions explaining the exercise routines/circuits were more clear and always demonstrated with TWO coaches atleast, especially for team events. And the coaches watch more closely for the new students or those struggling to get through it because they don’t exactly understand what to do instead of always focusing on the stronger babies who have been there a while. My son loves it so we will stay as long as he does. The fam and friends we’ve referred too also loves it. Great job, overall.

I liked how the classes are structured to teach the kids how to use their bodies and their minds. The classes give the kids experiences that help them to push limits they might not know they even had.

We rate kidstrong so highly because we see a difference in our child. We have been with you guys for a year now and his balance, skills, and just overall strength/character have grown!

We have had a great experience since we started. I love how the coaches interact with the kids and know their names after the first visit.

KidStrong has made a huge impact on my son’s confidence! When we started, he was so shy and did not want to participate. Now, he loves coming and interacting in class, especially when he gets to help lead and be a team captain!

Staff is always helpful and encouraging the kids!
