I love how the coaches are able to modify experiences for my kids with adhd and autism. I like the challenges presented during classes.

The coaches are great! They are patient, kind, and understanding of each individual kid's way of learning. My kids have ASD, so they require a little more patience and guidance, but the coaches work very well with them! I couldn't be more happy with the service they provide!

I like the concept of helping kids develop confidence while engaging in physical activities. My daughter always looks forward to it!

It’s been a community of supporters that is centered on growing the kids to interpersonal relationships. Building my kids (10 &5), physically and challenging them mentally while learning how to control their emotions collectively and individually. This is a staple institution that appeals to all types of personalities and if you’re considering attending know that we at KidStrong welcome you too!

Each class offers and teaches kids to socialize, follow directions, grow in confidence and learn new skills for physical endurance and how to pay attention. My kids always look forward to class each week. Thanks to all KidStrong staff who make this place a wonderful atmosphere.

I think it’s great for young kids to be involved with a program that reinforces confidence, fitness, teamwork etc.

All staff are so friendly and its the first outside kids activity that my little wanted to do and loves going every week
