We love every aspect of Kidstrong! Our son’s confidence has skyrocketed! The coaches are amazing and ideal role models. The classes are designed with so many developmental skills and FUN. It’s really just amazing!

The program is always changing always doing something new and developing core strength. Biggest downside is the number of kids in the parent tot classes making it difficult to move and assist your kido when needed without risking running over anther kido.

The coaches talked to the children at their level. They were intentional on teaching how to introduce themselves with confidence.I would make one recommendation. Offer a discount rate for children in Foster Care. Or work out a deal with DCFS. This is an AMAZINg program for ALL children.

The attentiveness & professionalism of the instructors at KidStrong is what really separates them from other youth athletic programs. Having been an athlete myself for many years, I’m really impressed with the quality of the programming and the ability to continually make the classes engaging for the kids.

Great environment for kids. Felt clean. Happy coaching staff.

Coaches are very hard-working and very personable. My kids look forward to going to Kidstrong every week! Staff is friendly and studio is very clean.

Had a great time, a bit loud to hear the coach at times with two classes going on but nothing that impacted my son enjoying it. I rated the app because it made me but I actually haven’t used it because we only have done the free trial class.

The coaches are awesome like Declan, HeatherDebby is so amazing! Great program content. I’m really happy with it and the kids enjoy it!
