We enjoyed our class and the kids worked hard during the games!

My daughter love the class and wants to go back every week so we loved it

I was very impressed by the coaches. They work so well with the kids, encouraging them, redirecting them, and celebrating every small win. My son came into the class crying with anxiety. By the time we left he was all smiles, he would not stop talking about the games and how he was excited to come back.

My son has a chromosomal abnormality that impacts balance and the coaches have been amazing in adjusting programming or helping where he needs. It’s been truly amazing to watch a kid we didn’t know would ever walk without a walker participate in this program. He loves every moment and wants to come back each week!

The first class process was so easy. Debby helped me through the signatures and selecting a class for my son. She greeted us and explained everything when we arrived. She was welcoming and helpful. Coach Declan was great. He showed the kids what to do, he was encouraging and high energy. The other two coaches, Kendall and Kaitlin did not seem as enthusiastic, they didn’t seem very excited to be there and kind of just seemed to be going through the motions. Other than that, the experience was fantastic and my son cannot wait to go back

Coaches have great energy, and are supportive of all the kids. The staff have great teamwork and are very friendly. My kids love going to KidStrong each week.

There is no other activity session that creates a unifying atmosphere where kids can grow. Setting goals and exceeding expectations all while being inclusive of diverse groups.
