Keep the kids entertained the entire time. Very little down time between drills and small lines for kids to split up into. Doesn't allow for them to wonder or stop paying attention.

Couches and programming are exceptional. Fix communication ( it was better when Heather was there) and please do something to fix the shirt ordering process.
