The activities use endurance and strength building fun in each class. Lily likes being with team mates and has a sense of competition along with a personal best sense of herself. She also likes the helpfulness from her coaches and is proud of herself when she succeeds. She has learned a lot about herself and that carries over into her daily life. Thanks KidStrong for making Lily a Stronger Kid!

Great program! Cole had an amazing experience. The registration process was very easy, booking through the app was a great experience, and the coaches were great

I think everything is run smoothly but it is confusing how to make up a class if we have to miss for vacations or other various reasons

The coaches are great and my kid loves going there in the weekends

Keep the kids entertained the entire time. Very little down time between drills and small lines for kids to split up into. Doesn't allow for them to wonder or stop paying attention.

Couches and programming are exceptional. Fix communication ( it was better when Heather was there) and please do something to fix the shirt ordering process.
