Keep the coaches. Be more informative and communicative with the parents about coaches coming and going - we didn’t know until we showed up which doesn’t work for my youngest. Have the “rankings” actually mean something more than paying $20 for a new shirt.

Have the students stop and follow the directions when they chose not to participate in the expected way (going wrong direction, running in circles when coaches say to stop and find their spot), have direct conversations with parents when their child did not listen multiple times.

No, we were the earliest members and had a great price locked in but we weren't able to transfer to other children.

More selective on the staff - I understand there’s turnover but the staff at the time we left was all across the board and so odd some of them were working with young kids when they clearly did not enjoy doing so

Kid strong provides our children an opportunity to learn social skills, healthy body movements, and most importantly the confidence that they can do whatever they put their mind to!

Apologize, no one said anything when we cancelled either. There was no conversation. I put it in writing and no one said anything

If my kids wanted to continue with the classes, lower prices and smaller classes would have likely kept us.
