The coaches have truly become more engaged by adding additional pressure and conditioning to each child. By combining the pursuit of excellence as a team and teaching individual growth. The social interactions and course work has been a good challenge that can be repeated at home, allowing for more diversity and inclusion with the family.

My daughter enjoys and loves her classes and looks forward to them. The coaches connect well with the students. I love that the classes focus on mental and physical exercises.

It has helped Caleb akot. Each coach has theie own unique way of reaching Caleb to try his best.

Good physical fitness and teamwork skills. Most of the coaches are in tune to each kid and invigorates the stages of play. Recognition of kids on a regular basis is uplifting and builds confidence. New teamwork games should be added and perhaps 2 rounds of the exercise laps instead of 3 to avoid monotony.

Extremely welcoming experience from the start. My son fit right in with like he had been coming for years.
