I love how well-rounded this class is! From the mantras, to the learning activities in between stations ,to teamwork, it is such an amazing class!

I have seen changes since my son has started with KidStrong and it’s been for the positive. Just yesterday he introduced himself with a firm handshake looked her in the eye and told her his name and I was one proud mama. It’s a great place for him to learn winning and losing. Being part of a team , working independently staying strong being positive and the coaches of all just been great I can’t say enough about the coaches. We’ve had some bumps in the road and they’ve worked with us and we enjoy coming every week. I also love the fact that have programs available for when school is out of session. As a working mom, this is so helpful for our family

The high energy from the coaches inspires the children to get involved and be active. The special attention to detail during the workouts is very key for the kids to learn proper technique. The teamwork culture is what keeps us returning, building a confident community.

The coaches really work with the kids to be confident, strong, and focused. The coaches are patient and motivates the kids in challenges, but also have fun doing it. Super clean environment and my kids can’t wait to go back the following week!!
