Great engaging classes with fun teachers. Both kids have a great time at kid strong and I think it really helps them develop.

I like the program for my daughter because she is not interested in organized Sports, nor has the attention span for them. Kidstrong has given her the ability to interact with peers, have fun and exercise in a structured environment. I believe the beginning of each session with the handshake and introduction as well as eye contact is very valuable for Maven social Development. I do not like the kidstrong app. I am not able to book classes on it. the awesome staff helped me to get the classes booked that my daughter will attend for the foreseeable future. My only complaint with the program itself is that the classes are only 45 minutes. I believe that with an extra 15 minutes the coaches would be able to help the kids with proper form of the exercises. I really do love kidstrong for my daughter, she always has a wonderful time.

Kid Strong‘s approach aligns with my personal philosophy when it comes to raising a boy, that they need to play to exhaustion, and Kid Strong does that as well as instill some structure with self-confidence. Plus, the staff has been nothing but friendly and completely approachable. I’ve never walked in there and felt that anybody was disgruntled. And I really like that.

Great space. Everyone has a great attitude and it’s a safe place for the kids to learn about fitness, team work and self belief.
