We are absolutely blown away by our experience at KidStrong! My child came in shy, timid, and unsure of herself, and in such a short time, we’ve watched her completely start to blossom. The coaches are beyond incredible—patient, uplifting, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth.They have created such a positive, encouraging environment where kids feel safe to try, fail, and try again. In just a short few weeks, we’ve seen her confidence grow, her strength improve, and her personality shine more and more. She now walks into class excited and proud, which is something we’ll never take for granted.KidStrong isn’t just a class—it’s a confidence-building, empowering experience for kids. KidStrong is one of the only programs for kids that incorporates physical, emotional, and mental strength. We have been so impressed by the program, especially for the 4-7 age range. It’s super important to learn how to handle your emotions, confidence, speaking in front of a group, different skills in addition to strengthening your body.
