KidStrong is one of the only programs for kids that incorporates physical, emotional, and mental strength. We have been so impressed by the program, especially for the 4-7 age range. It’s super important to learn how to handle your emotions, confidence, speaking in front of a group, different skills in addition to strengthening your body.

Staff is very accommodating. Coach Samantha is easy when having discussions. Facility is immaculate. Coaches are united and flexible.

I love that it has both physical activity and confidence/communication activities. It's a great mix that I haven't seen anywhere else

We recently enrolled our two-year-old grandson at Kids Strong in Bel Air and it has been a wonderful experience. The coaches are incredibly attentive, patient, and truly know how to work with little ones. They make the activities fun while gently introducing basic sports skills, coordination, and teamwork, as well as manners and emotions. What an awesome set up.

My daughter loves the program. She always has a good time, and enjoys the other children and the coaches. My main gripe is that the app is a little confusing. I ended up putting my credit card information in and it was on my profile, then I created my daughter's profile and somehow my name was the name that showed up in the class. And she has two profiles on the app now, it was just all very confusing the staff worked it out on their end but on the app it still is two profiles. It would also be nice if the classes were an hour long because sometimes the children don't have the proper form and there's not enough time for the coaches to correct the form. I feel this is important because my child's leg was hurting her after class and I believe it was from improper form for the exercises. But we do love kids strong so much.
