We love coaches Aidan and Nia. We had to go to a different class with different coaches and had a terrible experience. My daughter felt criticized and defeated and I had to spend an hour in the parking lot pumping her back up and convincing her to continue. Every other experience has been beyond phenomenal. We just make sure that if we need to reschedule, we book with the same coaches or we skip that week. Her regular coaches are so supportive of each and every child in the class regardless of ability. My daughter has suffered with bullying and she feels like kidstrong is a safe place and that is invaluable to me!

My daughter has attended for several weeks now and she loves it. She takes some of the things she’s learned at class and uses it at home. I like how each class is something different and the coaches are always encouraging the kids to do their best.

I like the staff, the program is really well intentioned but I do think there should be a little more support with providing the instructions to the kids before each exercise. I can speak for myself in saying that it’s ok to redirect our kid a bit more stronger than what’s being done today. It’s a tough fence to straddle, but just calling it out since it may take a little more of a push for some kids to focus on the instructions. Thanks for all that you do! Really happy with this program!

I am seeing more confidence in my child since she started. She always look forward to going to class. As parents, we enjoy being there and watching her get out of her shell.

The staff are very friendly. Always greet us with smiles. Very patient and understanding of younger ones needs. Very interactive!!! 💜

KidStrong is wonderful for my grandkids. The owners and staff are amazing as well as the entire facility. I’m so happy they moved in where my family live. It’s huge to have KidStrong in our back yard. And by the way, all the entire staff is well educated on how to get kids engaged. It’s so awesome!!!

This has been a wonderful experience for our son! I’ve seen a great improvement with his confidence and ability to engage with other children. The staff is very positive, upbeat and patient. They work really hard to make it a great class for all! 10 out of 10 recommend!
