My son loves coming, he enjoys the class activities and coaches.

They coaches and staff there are phenomenal and they are wonderful with the kids and parents! Made my son with special needs feel equal!

The instructors are so upbeat and happy. They keep the kids attention and really seem to care!!! Always happy to see us! My girl is very shy but after awhile she was shaking hands running to get her award and picture taken and of course the hand stamp at the end of class! ❤️❤️❤️

My son absolutely loves kid strong. Especially coach Kylie. She is so amazing with the kids. My son gets so sad when she’s not there. It’s an amazing program!!

Staff was absolutely phenomenal. My son has Autism and does not do well in situations where he feels people are looking at him. He came off the floor for a few and the staff was talking to him trying to ease him back into participating. The coaches were very positive and patient with him. He did end up returning to the session with a smile on his face.

I think everyone is great at kids strong my only comment would be to put all of the pictures that are taken in one central location like the app so that I don't have to save all the emails or download pictures

Everything was very easy from the moment I went on the website to book a free trial session. Walked in and was immediately greeted, they seemed genuinely excited to see my kids and have us there. The classes were run very well and the coaches easily pivoted when the kids needed something different or a mental break. The owner, total sweetheart, sat down with me and explained the program, why the classes are structured the way they are, and the expectations of the children. I enrolled my kids the same day.
