Sean always makes an effort to engage my son and make sure he understands what to do during the session. We also recommended kid strong and his class to his friend who also joined and is very happy as well.

Kidstrong does a great job of addressing communication, collaboration, and confidence through physical activity. The coaches are wonderful facilitators and meet the kids where they are at. My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed the classes she’s taken.
