My 1 year old is progressing so well in Kidstrong classes. All the coaches are very professional and helpful. The classes are so fun and engaging. I recommend this all the parents.

It’s one place Sabrina is super excited to go. She has fun and does not feel she has to compete.However as she has ADHD, her focus is a little shattered but she tries the exercises as much as she can and loves it!

My son has difficulty for he has a weak core. They constantly encourage him and show him how things are done. My son loves it there. They don’t let him say he can’t do something.
