Structured class with enough room to socialize and make it your own experience. Great staff who know how to interact with the babies and adults. Nice variety of class times to accommodate working parents

It was the first baby strong class, run by corporate so I only hope

KidStrong has been by far the best activity we enrolled our child in. From the moment we walk through the door the environment is welcoming and empowering. The work outs are age appropriate and the coaches are very engaged and focused.

Marisol was absolutely exceptional with helping my very anxious son get comfortable enough to participate in the class. She was gentle and kind & encouraged him rather than pushing him. By the end of the class, he loved it. The coaches were incredible & also aided in helping him feel comfortable. They were enthusiastic, fun & personable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
