I'm not a fan of the new app for bookings, but the classes and the coaches are great! The value of KidStrong exceeds any small fee or app shortfall.My 5 year old is always so excited to go and is amazed that the coaches remember his name. His confidence has seen a huge improvement and his teamwork/sharing as well.

My child loves going. You can definitely see the positive change it has on her confidence. From staying quiet around her peers to booming her voice when she needs too.

My kid is so excited to come to class every week. He also repeats the mantra "I am strong. I am brave. I can do this" on a daily basis. It has been great for his confidence!

Kidstrong has been a wonderful experience for my 3 year old grandson. He is gaining confidence, strength, friends. Kidstrong has helped in other sports that he is participating in as well such a swimming, Karate, golf, and T-Ball!
