The vibes in the class are just amazing. The kids really do seem to love the environment, I can definitely see a difference in my child's confidence. The couch talk with the kids instead of talking through the parents to get answers, which is amazing. Kid strong is truly an amazing place for young kids to learn confidence, social skills and great exercise habits.

Our son gets a healthy workout while playing and learning at the same time. Also I really like the positive affirmations: I am Strong, I am Brave, and I can do this.

The staff is friendly. They go the extra mile to include all the kids. They also take extra time to work with a child who is having issues or trouble doing a skill. Ashlynn loves Kid Strong. This is her first experience in a classroom setting. It is also her first exercise class ever. Thank you Kid Strong!!
