Engaging and active positive experience for kids

All the coaches are so understanding when my son is being shy and I love that they always encourage him to participate. We always feel very welcomed at Kidstrong.

Great class and concept. My only complaint is class size. I feel like lately the classes are way too big.

We are LOVING our experience at KidStrong! Our daughter started at 18 months and her confidence has really blossomed. I used to have to walk her into class on my hip, eventually she’d walk in holding my hand, and now she walks in on her own and goes straight to the coaches. We love the physical aspect, but we love the character building aspect even more.

The classes are very engaging, super fun, and my daughters love the challenges and variety each week. The coaches are all super friendly and high energy for the kids. We love it at Kidstrong Boise!

Its price point vs. other indoor gyms/activities. I love being able to pay just a few dollars more and have a class planned out and instructions to follow from people other than myself.

Our son loves KidStrong! He’s been learning some valuable skills while staying active!
