The staff really enjoys their job aka the kids, the program is very organized...we been to other programs and we love kids strong!!!!..

KidStrong Boise provides a clean and safe environment for kids to learn new skills and exercise. Getting started was easy and quick, the free trial was very beneficial. Communication for booking sessions, questions, or changing sessions was responded in a timely manner and ver easy to navigate. All the coaches are great with kids and very intentional when speaking with parents.

My one concern is the threat as opposed to encouragement. For example, the coaches began class lecturing that if kids didn’t listen etc they’d be doing push ups or wall sits. Not okay.

Great workout and physical challenge for my young kiddo. She enjoys the classes and is happy to go each time.

KidStrong has given our June bug such a burst of confidence! She has always been shy, but you wouldn’t know it when you see her in class. All of the coaches are amazing and help her feel at ease!

Positive and live atmosphere

It is a good environment for children and allows children who may even be struggling in some areas of their life, to be able to grow and become better.
