I would like to see my son being nominated more often and recognized for his team sportsmanship and can do it attitude every session he works really hard to keep move and been helpful and positive during the sessions. I think he has only been nominated once out of six months of participation in the program. I’ve noticed it’s always the same children. But it would be more encouraging for others to be more inclusive when nominating team captains, awards and highlights. Thanks.

KidStrong Bothell has given my kids so much confidence in themselves. They are now more comfortable expressing themselves. These classes have also taught my kids the importance of listening to instruction details, how to overcome obstacles, and to better understand how to use their body.

My kids were very well integrated into the classes at their first day, that made them fell part of the group. I like the way classes are organized and the coaches keep kids engaged.

workouts are fun and creative, kids actually see it as a game rather than a workout and they Learn leadership, teamwork and other practical skills.
