My son loves his KisStrong class! He looks forward to going every week and says he never wants us to cancel! He is developing better listening skills and I love seeing the smile on his face every time he accomplishes a task.

It has been incredibly good for my son—his confidence has noticeably increased. He is physically stronger now compared to before and can do movements he couldn’t do previously. He even walks around the house saying, “I’m the strongest!” 😁

It has been a life-changer for my daughter. Kidstrong has greatly grown her confidence. For a kid with ADHD and anxiety who's extremely shy, KidStrong has helped so much!
