Both couches were very nice and helpful for our child who is struggling with focus and direction following.They were patient and at the same time guided him to follow the instructions for the exercises.We also loved that at the end of the session, David was rewarded with the first class complete reward. :)

KidStrong Bothell has been a wonderful experience for our daughter. The classes are high-energy, structured, and fun. It’s a great way to burn off energy while learning gross motor skills and discipline. The coaches are very friendly and professional.

Max really enjoys the classes and the activities.

My toddler enjoyed the class. My husband and I also enjoyed aspects of the class and how it would benefit our daughter.

The Kidstrong program is great for kids learning to listen and follow instructions. It’s also a great way for them to let off steam. Jack loves it
