I am a huge fan of Kidstrong! It’s a wonder program for both our kids. The only request is reminding parents to prohibit cell phone use while the class is in session. Take a call outside if you have to take the call. I had a parent face time during the class yesterday. I’ve had to sit next to 2 parents on their phones talking on 2 separate occasions. A kid won an award and the mom was texting in her phone and missed the whole thing. That is the only annoying thing about kid strong. It is really distracting for parents who want to be present with their child and the class. I shouldn’t have to cheer on a child while their parent is ignoring them on the phone and not present with their own kid. This isn’t free time or a free babysitting for the parents. I strongly encourage you to hold them accountable. I pay a lot of money to participate and don’t want it ruined from other parents.Thank you so much for being a wonderful program for the kids.

KidStrong has been an absolute game-changer for our family! From the very first class, we could see our child light up with confidence and excitement. The coaches are incredible—energetic, positive, and genuinely invested in helping every kid succeed. What makes KidStrong so special is that it’s not just about fitness; it’s about building strong minds and strong character. Our child has learned to set goals, work hard, and believe in themselves—and we’ve seen that confidence spill over into everyday life. Every session feels like a celebration of growth and achievement, and we love celebrating every milestone.

The facility is always clean and well maintained. The class activities are fun and age appropriate. Class programs have a good balance of physical activities and soft skills building. One thing to improve is in the management of kids’ activities. For younger kids, it’s better to control the flow by having them go one after another and reminding kids to keep going on to the next activity spot and wait in your turn by waiting in a safe distance , instead of having them go freely all at once. Also some activities, such as burpy, kids should spread out with a safe distance between each other instead of all crowded up in front of the tv. Because some kids might get kicked in the face by accident.

We joined our son when he was 19 months old and it has helped him so much with becoming comfortable around other children and his physical strength has also improved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
