Great way to get extra energy out after school and can tell the coaches really care about making sure the kids have fun!

Everything about KidStrong is so positive and everyone seems so enthusiastic about everything such as teaching kids and making every single kid feel included. I love the exercises and competition.

The website and social media made it easy to see what the classes were about. It was easy to book and easy to reschedule as things kept coming up with my son. We finally were able to come in to do our trial, and sign up! The coaches were very helpful especially when my son was struggling with following instructions. The place was kept very tidy and clean. I'm really hoping my son can benefit from only going for 5 weeks.

Awesome way to get the kids heart rates up and strong, when some may not want to play a “team” sport.

Because for me it is a very important challenge for my son and they are new goals for him

The Kids Strong program , is helping my daughter a lot , the class is fun with lots of different activities, very Nice coachs and staff ,we are really recomend.

Staff was very responsive. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and upbeat. My kids loved the experience!
