It was such an exceptional experience because everything is so well thought out and done with so much care and attention. It is such a wonderful and creative approach to combining physical activity and emotional and social growth. Loved that the kids were continuously engaged with no downtime during setup, etc. loved the conflict resolution and support I saw happening between kids and coaches when a child wanted the same space as another. Loved that they are pushed just the right amount during moments of discomfort or unease, but also given space, time, and respect!

We’ve only taken one class so far, but we were very impressed! The coaches were welcoming and encouraging, and the environment was fun and motivating. My child left excited, confident, and already asking to come back. Looking forward to more classes at KidStrong! 💪✨
