I think there were kids that were younger than 5 in my childs 5-7 class and the coaches for the class didn't really know what to do about it. One specific child continuously interrupted the program, and instead of looking for the parent to intervene they just allowed the child to wander around the course and continue to interrupt. Unfortunately, if a child cannot follow the rules within the class they should be taken out, it's not only liability for the company/program but it also wastes time (and money) for the other participants attending.

Loved it! So many aspects to the class that often go unnoticed! For the parent involved classes I think there needs to be an expectation set so they know what is required of them.

Emma really enjoyed being there and enjoyed her coaches. Everybody understandably was trying to get into a new routine. I did feel a bit squished in the parent section with not enough room or chairs with people hovering to see Some people had strollers and/or infant seats on the floor which made it a little tricky to traverse. Hoping it all comes together and the crowds lessen after a bit Thankbyiu for accepting our thoughts. Staff were allkind and helpful !!!

The staff was friendly and amazing and we had a great first experience. I love the program. The only critique I have is the class size. I feel for this age group, and because the parents have to accompany the kids, there was not enough space or personal attention. Also it was difficult to hear the instructors, at times. I feel if the class size was smaller the kids would benefit more at this age group. They would be able to keep focus and really grasp the lessons. No other issues and we will still enjoy coming every week!

It’s a great class for kids to explore and become more confident! Loved the affirmations. My son came home saying I am Strong! That’s a win for me!

Friendly enthusiastic staff. Extremely engaging with the children and adults.

As a new center it seems very well put together. The coaches my son had for opening day were from cooperate and were fantastic. I loved how the coaches that would actually be working there stayed, took notes, and engaged with me, my son, and my daughter who will start after her sports she’s in now. I’m looking forward to seeing who my sons coaches will be moving forward.
