I really love the Kids Strong program and the positive environment they create for kids. The coaches are supportive and encouraging. My son is still getting used to it, but I can already see some positive changes. I’m happy we joined and appreciate everything the program offers.

Overall, our experience at KidStrong has been amazing, I enjoy watching my kid having so much fun doing all the exercises in class and interacting more and better with class mates. Really important that he is making friends 🧡We really like to be part of KidStrong Burlington.

I love the skills they learn, and the fact that there are standard repetitive things (affirmations etc) but the exercises and games are always different week to week. It keeps Eli interested and engaged. Normally by the 4th class hes bored and doing his own thing.The coaching staff is also really good with the kids, engaging, and super encouraging.

Coaches very good and enthusiastic. Keeps the kids engaged. My grandson loved the experience. The program seems very organized.

Because it exceeds our expectations. We are happy with overall experience so far and our child loves the activities there. We see a positive development in our child. Looking forward doing more classes.

The environment is highly engaging for children, and the physical activities are well-designed—successfully combining motivation with exercise.

We really love Coach Gabriel and Coach Jeff. They do a great job engaging with all the kids and encouraging them. We would, however, love to see a female coach back. Coach Ima was amazing and really connected with Emily, and we would like to see a female coach if possible.

Lucy was so professional and knowledgeable and helpful to me it was a great experience I brought my granddaughter for her 1st time staff was truly amazing🌟
