App experience was much better earlier, now it's very limited options to explore. Hope this will improve soon.

It’s been tough finding a physical activity that my son wants to do and looks forward to doing each week. Finally, Kidstrong checks those boxes! He is engaged and excited to go to class. He has been learning so much about what he is capable of physically and how to push through when things are difficult. We use the affirmations at home to remind him that he is strong, brave and capable! It’s great to see him growing stronger not only physically but mentally and emotionally too :)

Kidstrong has been great with my kid development, emotional, mental and physical. He is so happy and excited to go to class every weekend, we couldn't have find a better place for him and we are really grateful for the support and love he received every class.

All around great program!! Coaches are engaging with the children, staff are approachable and kind, facility very well kept, and I have seen so much improvement in my daughters physical skills as well as her self confidence.

Excellent setup and very engaging for both children and parents. Coaches are all amazing!Only improvement item would be that some classes get way too crowded so there should ideally be a cap.
