The facility appears very organized and the staff all take the well being of kids and parents seriously.

Our kids were so satisfied after first class, we like how lesson is going and building, kids all time are moving, even when one of the trainers needs to rearrange the equipment, than the other one is giving logical thinking tasks for kids. The children are very happy.

We have never once said to our kids - hey it’s time for Kidstrong - and received anything other than positive and enthusiastic energy wanting to go!

I’ve seen how much my son excelled because of Kidstrong. He did not just excel physically, but socially, as well. He takes the things he learned at Kidstrong and applies them day to day. He’s been complimented on the way he introduces himself to people, saying his name with confidence, while maintaining eye contact and a good handshake. He also knows the names of a lot of his muscles, could do chin ups, jump on boxes, I could go on and on. Kidstrong has helped him physically, socially and increased his knowledge while emphasizing concepts of respect, kindness and confidence.The Kidstrong coaches truly feel like our extended family. He’s always excited to attend and see his coaches. They’re always there to help support him, encourage him and he feels very loved and cared for. The vibe at the Burlington branch is one of a kind.

Our daughter loves it there. We have been so happy with how her confidence, independence and ability to interact and communicate have improved since starting in January. Coach Juliana is amazing.
