My child truly enjoys participating in class. They look forward to their classes every week, and work on each obstacle courses they create. They also love hanging out with their coaches as they truly care about the children who participate. We have noticed the great confidence in our child since joining KidStrong. Also seeing great improvement in their other sport activities. Also a great fun way to burn energy and getting the wiggles out.

The coaches go out of their way to support the kids. The programming is great. Very organized.

My daughter continues to enjoy kidstrong nearly 2 years later.

To be honest, I was expecting my son to go wild and not listening and following the coach instructions. But he really like it, he did all the exercises and was motivated all class. For me was really great too, it was the first class and we had a great experience

I identify with the values it seeks to deliver. The coaches try to connect with the kids and deliver those values. I would probably lower the decibels (both the music and of coaches) a bit but this works too. It’s just a first class but I had a great impression.
