KidStrong has been the best program we’ve tried so far. Our son LOVES coming to class and we can see how attending KidStrong has helped in his development - physically and with his confidence.A special shout out to Coach Jay! He is also a BIG reason for our continued attendance. Coach Jay fosters a fun, engaging and safe environment for all. He meets students where they are at each class. Coach Jay also demonstrates strong leadership and compassion. & according to my son “Coach Jay is the BEST”.

KidStrong is an incredible program with the most amazing coaches. They make every child feel seen and important and push them to do their individual best. There are so many programs out there that work on a specific skill, building strength or endurance, but I’ve never seen a program that also focuses on empowerment, public speaking and social skills. KidStrong has really helped develop my daughters confidence both physically and socially and she is set up for great success in everything she tries!
