As a parent, I can’t say enough good things about KidStrong. The confidence my kids have built is unreal, and it shows in everything they do — from how they move to how they believe in themselves. The coaching is absolutely phenomenal: motivating, patient, and genuinely invested in every child’s growth. On top of that, the physical strength and coordination they’re developing is next level, all while having a blast. KidStrong isn’t just a program — it’s an environment that pushes kids to be stronger, braver, and more confident every single week.

Coaches to Kids ratio for a class has to be rebooked. Currently 2 coaches for a full class don’t seem to work as the kids are doing their own thing with no proper form correction or no help from coaches when some help is required. We need to have at least 3 coaches when you see the classes are full.

The energy and spirit of class is amazing. We can use more discipline but given the age group, I understand this may have unintended consequences. Thanks for everything.Tashi’s Dad! :)

Kidstrong is amazing!! It helps kids develop confidence, real life skills, team building, body awareness and strength. We have seen huge changes in our son’s overall abilities and he is so excited to go every week. The award system keeps kids engaged and wanting to go every week as there is incentive to level up! Huge win for kids and parents!

The classes are led by great coaches, and are teaching essential skills to kids. I really see the difference this makes for the kids.Only one thing I will note, is if certain classes have groups of disruptive kids, it may be helpful to move some kids around to stop the distractions from impacting others. I know this is difficult to do in the full classes, but I have noticed this impacting the experience when it gets out of hand.

The program is so unique, offering my three year old son so much growth and development that spans so many areas. In a short amount of time, we've seen his confidence and independence soar, not just at Kid Strong, but at home and school too. We normally don't go a week without hearing him say "I'm strong and I can do this!" :)

Kidstrong has great staff and excellent environment for kids. Kids develop essintial skills at kidstrong. We enjoyed coming to kidstrong every week.

The site focuses on developing many aspects of the kids, which is why we choose to enroll our kid in this program
