It's a good program that has helped our daughter be more active and confident. Only thing I would change is the classes get repetitive sometimes.

In only a month I've already got my son back. He was struggling for a while there as there were a lot of life changes. 2 new siblings a move. It was a lot for him and we often stuck him on a screen. Since going screenfree and starting kidstrong I am have my amazing boy back.

I like everything about KidStrong and what it represents. The only thing I would add is for the parents to be involved more. I like the idea of parents and kids doing things together like family strong. I don’t like that parents are outside the class in older classes. Most parents are on their phone and not engaged with their kids. Parents should lead by example and be able to do the things their kids are doing in the class. And that’s hard to do when they are outside the class. I would like to see more of that in the classes. And not have parents in the background. Maybe there could be a specific class where the kids and parents are working together. So less class size as the parents are involved. I would definitely enroll my kids in that class. And like to meet more parents who have that thought process. I know it’s not going to be that popular, but I think there would be families that are interested in that.

Thank you so much to the KidStrong team for adapting the programming to better suit our wonderfully rambunctious little kids by giving them responsibilities. I think it's going to be really effective — kids love to help, and having purposeful roles keeps them engaged and focused in such a positive way. It will also be great for the older kids to learn how to serve, lead, and support others. Such a thoughtful approach. Beautiful work — thank you!

Coaches and programming is good. I know it’s difficult sometimes but try to keep coaches schedule consistent. Kids get attached to familiar faces. In winters, more coat and winter boots space is needed. The mat is a little stinky in winter

I was unsure of any kind of programs for kids this young. But my kiddo seems to be enjoying now after 3 classes.

Kiddo is really enjoying the class and actually cooperating most of the time (shocking)
