Love the coaches! So amazing, patient and understanding with the kids

It helped restore the confidence in my son. He is stronger, he's much braver, he can do anything!!!

It really is constructive and educational for your kiddos. It helps builds confidence, supports independence and teamwork atmosphere all wrapped up in fun.

Kidstrong has continued to be a huge aspect of my son’s life. He has continued to show growth within being independent, character building skills and is more confident in himself when in school and his other activities. Coach Viviana, Dylan and Will have become like family to him and we truly appreciate how much they care for him and show him love.

I’ve been with KidStrong-Carle Place since they opened. I absolutely recommend this place over & over again. It’s never too soon to get your child in the gym & staying active! The program itself is great but the coach’s make the experience that much better. I started my 4yr old son (at the time) thinking this place was based solely on building physical strength-was I wrong! Along with there program, they learn confidence, self esteem, public speaking and so much more! My, now 9 year old, is speaking publicly more than ever. Carle place location is 10 out of 10 every time!
