I feel it’s a great way to give our children confidence and strength. I just wish the age limit would change. Kids between the ages of 12 and 16 seem to be left out and they need an out. KidStrong is a great stress reliever.

I think it is a great program. Nicholas’s confidence and strength continues to grow. He is as good as a listen as he can be with his coaches. They commend his attention well. My only complaint is the amount of students some week

We love coming to kid strong — the coaches are so kind and attentive and we love seeing how our daughter grows and learns new skills there!

My son loves it. He enjoys it so much and I can see he gets a strong sense of accomplishment from the classes. He looks forward to it each week!
