KidStrong Carl Place was the first activity introduced to my son when he was only 3 years old. He’s become part of the KidStrong Carle Place family. We hope to continue sending him to KidStrong until he grows out of the program.

What I appreciate most is that she’s not just participating—she’s thriving. She gets the chance to shine, and the coaches make sure to acknowledge her for it.The coaching team is outstanding—encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. Since starting KidStrong, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my daughter’s physical abilities, social skills, and overall confidence.It’s been amazing to watch her grow stronger—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
