We feel welcomed and encouraged. Social skills are so important and we see how they need to say hi and shake hands making eye contact (which we are still working on) or being more aware about hearing and realizing how someone is saying Hi! Or high five! And reacting appropriately and being encouraged to be as friendly as the coaches normalize interactions to be. I love that they need to high five and lead in the affirmations too. It gives them a chance to practice being leaders and also being on a stage and not feel it as foreign. So many things and life skills asides from the strengthening and exercise.

It’s amazing! So fun and such a wonderful program to help kids build their self-esteem!

My child is excited every week for his class

KidStrong is our sons absolute favorite activity! The coaches do so well with my children’s high energy craziness. We are so grateful for an outlet to get all their energy out at the end of the day!

Everyone here was super friendly and professional. The coaches were amazing my daughter, highly recommend! The center was also pristine!

We had a great experience and will be joining KidStrong after this trial. We will be going to RB, but we loved how Jade worked with the children and hope our next coach is as great as her!
