I appreciate all the efforts the center puts into coaching little ones with so much patience

Most instructors are great. I think the workout sessions are tailored really well to be strength building and are also fun for the kids.

Jade at kids Strong Carlsbad has always been extremely helpful and understanding through our membership there. I appreciate kids Strong’s philosophy and programming, I think it does a lot to help kids gain skills and confidence in their fitness and in their mindset.

I loved the encouragement for the kids integrated with the movement that was fun but also challenging! It wasn't moves that were too simplistic and repetitive but it was also easy enough that they could accomplish it and follow directions. It's a little expensive for me, but I highly value the absolute joy my son had while doing it, along with building him and his confidence up!

My kid absolutely loves this place. Coach Jade is amazing in always answering any questions I have and gets down to business when we need help with Regional payments. All the coaches I’ve met have always been very inviting to both my kids and as a parent of autistic kids that means the world.

We love the experience our child has had over the past two years and plan to continue to participate in the upcoming years.

We are very happy with all of our Coaches, since my son started going to kidstrong he has improved so much on his social skills. very happy with thw work that this amazing Coaches do for the little ones
