I recommend KidStrong to anyone with kids under 10. The coaches are amazing at engaging the kids in activities to help their physical and emotional health. I have watched my son’s confidence grow so much in such a short period from the coaches encouragement and positivity. And they always make it fun!

Coaches are great with the kids. Facility is very clean. Great way to teach teamwork, patience, taking turns, confidence and hard work.

Love this place. Got our granddaughter to participate and Interact with other children. The positive encouragement boosted her confidence to climb. The staff who taught the class was amazing!!!!

Love everything about what you guys are doing. Adding in more hand-eye/ball activities would be great!
