Great friendly welcoming environment. Staff really cares about making the kid and family feel welcomed and not a burden. Room their time explaining the information as opposed to just giving information.

It’s easy to interact with you, you accommodate our prepay preferences(!) and my son is getting more confident(!!!)The only negative I see is that he doesn’t get much direct assistance from the coaches when theirs a full class and only qualifies for an award when I remember to put him in a kids strong branded tshirt- which I under stand from a marketing standpoint but as a parent is a bummer.

Jade is awesome and all coaches professional, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to families with young kids, great concept and delivery!
