Provided a more accommodating birthday experience. I may have stayed longer had I not had a negative experience with the party. I have to say the coaches were very kind I know they were just following protocol but birthday parties for toddlers should be more flexible on setup and tear down time without rushing guests out. I also didn’t appreciate getting comments that our balloons were on the ceiling.. don’t offer parties then, that is inevitable

They have very clean facilities, the staff and coaches are very attentive, and it's clear they have a passion for working with children. I recommend them 100%.
