We had an absolute lovely experience! Our daughter loved the class. I do wish there was an opportunity to buy packs of classes (like 5 classes) as opposed to just the membership model- but the actual class was great! The coaches were enthusiastic and really great with the kids!

I believe that it works on will be good competence, which automatically contribute to their confidence. I believe that get strong is good for kids' bodies.I also believe that kids strong is food for the self-esteem, which is crucial to success in life

Shane really enjoys his classes. We as his parents have noticed a higher level of confidence and endurance since he has started a couple months ago. When we were out for two weeks because of sickness and his head injury, I noticed a change in his behavior. We are really thankful we found KidStrong for him.

The only thing I wish could’ve been better had to do with his last class. We were at KidStrong for years. Because we were with the program for so long, and we left due to the age requirement, I would’ve hoped that he would have been celebrated on his last day. But instead, it was just like a normal class, like everyone else. If a child makes it to aging out, I would have hoped for a special ceremony on the last class. He could have felt celebrated for the accomplishment that he had made.

Honestly, our son needed more attention to build a relationship with the coaches. The classes are too full to really foster that and the coaches can’t dedicate such personal time to one kid.
