The coaches are amazing! They make each kid feel special and confident.

KidStrong is always a very positive experience. You are greeted with enthusiasm when you walk through the door. The coaches are energetic and friendly. The class content is age appropriate, challenging enough to hold the kids’ interest, and different every week. The facility could smell like feet and sweat, but the staff keeps the building immaculate. I see the mats and equipment wiped down every time we are there for class. The bathrooms are kept clean and there is hand sanitizer available. Yet another positive aspect is a bonus room for siblings not enrolled to hang out. My older son likes to set up his tablet, but there are always coloring pages, crayons, and kid friendly magazines available. Our family’s schedule changes every week so the online booking is convenient and easy for us. You aren’t tied down to a certain day and time. Canceling a booking is just as easy if your schedule changes. KidStrong is the first group activity my child has willingly participated in and we are so happy to see his confidence blossom.

The coaches really care about my son and give him personalized attention before, during, and after his classes. They also challenge him to do skills the right way and to be his best.
