It was my sons first class with him being on the spectrum we were both quite nervous but everyone was very friendly and respectful of his sensory needs.

The Coaches are the best - especially when they get a chance to connect with the kids.

The facility and the staff has been great. We have a crazy schedule and the ease of the app to adjust classes is fantastic.

We joined for a physical outlet as well as a social opportunity, and KidStrong has been perfect for that. My kiddo is only 2, so staying focused for the full 45 min class is something we are still working on, but the coaches never give up on him and keep him engaged, with an energy that is honestly impressive. From the very first class, the coaches talk to him, not over him at me- which I think is awesome. They celebrate him and all the other kids when they achieve even the smallest thing. It’s such a positive environment. With the bonus class each month, we get to try different class times and meet different kids and coaches. He talks about “gym class” all week.

The energy in this place was 110%, it’s like a game show + ninja worrier + ted talk. The only thing I would like to see differently is I would love to see some pre and post workout stretches to prevent injury.

Luna looks forward to her Kidstrong class every week! As parents, we love what the coaches are doing with the kids. How we are not just working on strength training, but also letter recognition shaking hands and making eye contact public speaking all the skills that kids need to have.
