I could not be happier with the KidStrong group and the coaches. My daughter wanted to join after seeing how my son loved it. Is a great way to get their energy out on a Saturday and build confidence.

The only concern I have with the class is that at this 4-5 age group it seems the kids get lost in the courses. The 2 coaches do help for sure but still a lot of confusion for kids as they run the course. I wonder if smaller class size would help that issue?

Finn loves it and so do I! He has seen major strides in his physical therapy since starting and when he does something tough he’ll tell himself “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!”
