My son, 23 months, had his first class and it went great! He was hesitant to participate but with the coaching staff encouragement ended up jumping in at the end! Thank you team for your patience and persistence with him. We signed up for a monthly plan. We hope he gains some confidence and practice following directions. Cant wait to continue this journey

The staff is SO FRIENDLY & ATTENTIVE!!!!

We have seen our daughter’s confidence grow so much! And she really likes Coach Rachel and Coach Luke, they are wonderful!

Our kids had a blast! They will not stop asking about the next time they can go to KidStrong!

The staff were super friendly and had just the right amount of energy to be fun but also warm and welcoming.

My kiddo got sick and couldn’t attend his original first class and it was so easy to communicate and get it rescheduled. When he had his first class this past Saturday he had the time of his life. He fit right in and the coaches made him feel very welcome!

I can feel the difference between the behavior of my kids when they joined in August of 2025 and June of 2026, especially my younger son who is more confident and willing to engage in social activities.

KidStrong Cary has some of the best coaches. They are caring, energetic and fun!

It’s amazing! Everything is five stars.I do wish that the member app would show how many classes my son has left until he ranks up next time. He always wants to know when we attend a class how many more classes he has until the next rank level, but I have to wait until the Email comes later that night to check. (Or dig up last week’s email.)

We love KidStrong. It’s the only activity my daughter has ever wanted to stick with. The staff and coaches are amazing. I had a small billing issue yesterday that was resolved very quickly this morning with a great resolution from Coach Kevin. He was so friendly and helpful, I wish all businesses operated like that and had such friendly, warm people.
