The coaches really meet the kids where they are. They keep the energy high and make it exciting for the students. The programming is a perfect blend of structure, learning and exploration.

They were very welcoming and made sure our kiddo had a great time. The coaches have lots of energy and engage with the kids.

They do put their best effort to make it helpful for kids physical and mental ability

We’ve had such a great experience at KidStrong Cary. The team is fantastic — always kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in the kids. They remember everyone’s name, which makes the environment feel personal and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about each child’s growth and confidence. Highly recommend!

Great location, very nice facility, kids seemed to have a good time and learn good things. Only improvements I could think of would be a play area for little siblings (fenced in is even better), having a web portal instead of an app would be preferred, and seating for parents could be a little more comfortable. But all in all minor points

I can see what they are trying to do with the kids & I want my son to be apart of it. Me & my mom really did enjoy watching him & everyone else around us.
