We had a great experience. The sessions are the perfect length of time. The coaches are nice and encouraging. They empower the children to be confident. They had mind challenges and diverse circuits.

All of the people at KidStrong are so kind and supportive. The program is thoughtfully designed to help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally. Most importantly, my daughter truly enjoys going and is always excited for class.

I really loved the program!! I feel like the coaches could have been a little better about explaining the program to my son since it was his first day and he had no idea what to be doing. Overall good experience, we’ll definitely be back!

My grandson totally enjoyed his trial class. He felt included and confident. He said “that was so much fun” and the “coaches are funny!” Six year old boys love funny.
