The coaches were awesome and the staff was extremely welcoming from the moment we walked in the door until we left the center. We really appreciate the experience!

The large class sizes made it hard to keep every kid engaged. Also the certificate/ team captain system seems kind of unfair for his age.

The coaches at Kidstrong are great! They set up fun exercises and challenges for the kids and always get them involved (even when the kiddos are shy)!

It’s so effective at increasing the physical abilities of my child. Really good staff service and interactions between staff and child. Child naps great after coming. Nothing else out there to increase whole body strength and balance… (ie vs soccer and swimming )
